Automatable
Structured, repeatable work that a system can carry out within suitable controls. Decide what the human checks and where exceptions go.
Free companion resource
The Sova-delivered Core-6 assessment measures a shared AI knowledge baseline. This optional A/A/H and PRIME guide helps a team discuss one real task after that baseline. It is a separate resource, with no scoring or integration into the assessment.
Two useful lenses
Start with a Core-6 knowledge result if one is available, or use the guide on its own. Select one task and ask whether it is Automatable, Augmentable or Human-only (A/A/H). That classification depends on the task, its risk and the tools available. It is not a verdict on an entire job.
For an augmentable task, PRIME gives a structure for planning how a person will work with AI: Purpose, Role and context, Instructions, Models and examples, then Evaluate and refine. Use it to frame a discussion, a learning activity or a separately designed work sample.
Product boundary: Neither A/A/H nor PRIME is a module, score or role-specific exercise in the current genAssess assessment on Sova.
A/A/H task lens
Structured, repeatable work that a system can carry out within suitable controls. Decide what the human checks and where exceptions go.
Work where AI can assist with drafting, analysis or synthesis while a person supplies context, verifies the output and owns the decision.
Work that depends on human authority, relationships, accountability or judgement that should not be delegated to an AI system.
Explore the fuller task taxonomy or use the illustrative Augmentation Explorer before completing the worksheet.
Printable companion worksheet
Use this alongside a Core-6 knowledge result if you have one. The worksheet is a separate discussion aid, not a scored assessment or an upload into Sova.

How to use it
For L&D and enablement, choose an everyday task, discuss its A/A/H classification and use PRIME to make the human checks explicit. A knowledge gap from Core-6 may suggest a topic for learning, while the task conversation supplies context the generic assessment cannot provide.
For talent acquisition, an employer can use the same prompts to design its own structured interview or job-relevant exercise. That exercise needs its own fairness, access and decision rules. It is not delivered or scored by genAssess Core-6.
Read the PRIME framework and review exactly what the assessment measures.
